A news camera script is built in as a standalone.

Enabling News Camera

By default the News Camera is Enabled, to disable it set true

config.lua

NewscamEnabled = true,

to false in config.lua

H	Edit the text shown on the news banner
ALT	Toggle the vision of the camera; News camera, black borders
G	Show or hide the instructions
BACKSPACE	Exit the binoculars
